Oplex Business Centre offers One Person and Two Person Serviced Offices at very attractive rates starting at £400 per calendar month + VAT depending upon the size of 1 or 2 Person Offices.

The 2 person offices come fully furnished with 2 Executive Desks with lockable drawers, 2 Manager’s Chairs, 4 Drawer Filing Cabinet, 1 Visitor Chair and the 2 person offices are fully air-conditioned with individual control so you can set the most comfortable ambience in your office.

The License Fee includes the Business Rates, Maintenance Charges, Cleaning, use of Reception, Lounge, Tea / Coffee making facilities.

If you enter into a 12 month contract, you will also get one landline connection and line rental will be included, so you will only need to pay for the calls you make. We will also include Free Internet Connectivity for one computer.

Oplex Business Centre is pleased to offer fully equipped workstations consisting of executive desks with 2 lockable drawers, manager chair, landline connection and internet connectivity. Workstations or shared desks are part of an air-conditioned open plan office and you will enjoy working in an environment which will have other business persons and entrepreneurs sharing the same space, which will give you a chance of networking with other like minded professionals.

Oplex Business Centre has Fifteen Workstations which are available for a License Fees of £250 + VAT per calendar month and if you enter into a 12 month contract, we will include phone line rental, so you will only need to pay for the calls you make. We will also include internet connectivity if you enter into 12 months contract.

If you enter into 12 month contract, we will be happy to offer the Workstation at £200 + VAT per calendar month.

As a Special Offer for the new Businesses, we have earmarked 5 Workstations which we will offer at a Special Discounted Rate of £50 Per Week + VAT for first 12 months.

Rates for Meeting Room and Interview Room at Oplex Business Centre

If you want to meet your clients or if you wish to conduct personal interviews at Oplex Business Centre you can book Meeting Room or Interview Room at Oplex Business Centre for one hour or half a day or a full day.

Since Oplex Business Centre is easily accessible from Central London, Canary Wharf and London City Airport through public transport or by car, Oplex Business Centre is an ideal venue for meeting your clients or interviewing applicants. Meeting Room is ideally suitable for meeting of up to 6 persons.

Meeting / Interview Room is available @ £15 per hour or £100 for full day i.e. 8 hours. VAT will be charged extra.
